Return policy

Scope of Application

This policy applies to orders within the United States. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of the following return terms to ensure clarity on after-sales procedures.

A. 14-Day Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Request returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact. Manufacturer Direct items and "FINAL SALE" products are non-returnable.

B. Return Process

  • Instructions: Approved returns will receive a shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

C. Damaged/Wrong Items

  • Inspect orders upon receipt. Contact us within 24 hours with photos if items are damaged, incorrect, or defective for replacement, exchange, or refund.

D. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged, incorrect, mis-sized, or defective items. Contact us to request an exchange (collaboration items require inventory confirmation).

E. Fee Policy

  • No restocking fees, but return shipping costs for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size) will be deducted from refunds.

F. Refund Processing

  • Refund status will be notified within 3–5 business days of receiving returned items. Original payment method refunds take 1–7 business days (bank-dependent).

G. Discount Policy

  • Unused discounts cannot be refunded after purchase. "FINAL SALE" items are refunded at the paid amount.
